La Rochelle Progress

Its all go in La Rochelle at the moment. I keep finding more work, especially with the electronics that keeps slowing down my progress. Its all constructive and need to been done before I can race, but all I want to do is start getting some hours on the water training. Tomorrow should involve a test sail with the electronics guy to do some calibration.

The boat is all organised for Italy, I leave here Sunday night (20th) with a professional haulage company, then 24 hours on the road before arriving in Talamone. A quick re-rig with the boat and the race starts on Friday the 26th. The race is around 150Nm so around 24 hour (weather pending), and finishing in Talamone.

A day to pack the boat up again before I start the delivery up to Genova for the second race of the season. This ones a much longer race of 550Nm, starting on the 16th April.

Then pack everything up, back on the truck and straight back to the Atlantic for the Pornichet select. All in all I'm going to have my work cut out.
